Dear user of Fujairah Sports Facilities,
As we re-open our sports facilities, the health and wellbeing of our staff and students is our number one priority. To create the safest environment, we have put some guidelines in place and, we ask your support in your agreement to adhere to these new guidelines.
We encourage reading and signing before you visit our facility. By entering the facility, you agree to the below-stated policies. We ask all users to ensure they follow these when visiting the sports complex. We reserve the right to deny entry or remove any user who does not adhere to the policy.
Please review each one and sign at the bottom of this form.
We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our community as healthy as possible. For good and valuable consideration, the parties agree as follows:
1. HEALTH & SAFETY I confirm I have no symptoms and have not been knowingly exposed to COVID-19.
If the above status changes, I agree not to visit the facility.
2. FACE COVERING, I agree to wear a mask while inside Fujairah Sports Complex.
3. SOCIAL DISTANCING, I agree to keep a 1-meter distance between myself and other users inside Fujairah Sports Complex.
4. CLEANLINESS I agree to disinfect all equipment after use, wherever possible, and not enter closed-off areas. I agree to keep my hands washed/sanitized while at the Sports Complex.
5. HCT - POLICIES I agree to all policies and required actions implemented by HCT.
Please read the following important information:
Maximum one hour per booking, waiting is not permitted at the Sports Complex.
Between each booking, cleaning and sanitizing will take place using at least 70% alcohol cleaning solution.
Make sure to return equipment to its place after usage.
All bookings to be made before arrival via the booking links (male and female separate).
In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, I reaffirm that I agree to abide by the above statements, which I am totally aware of, and assume the risk of using HCT - Fujairah sports facilities.
HCT Fujairah Sports Team will be monitoring the facilities to ensure that guidelines are being followed. If a HCT Sports Team member or other user asks you to do one of the above, we ask that you please cooperate and do your part. Thank you in advance, we can’t wait to see you again
